The following emails are part of a company representative scam, which is a fake check scam run by Nigerian gangs.
Any check or money order they'll ask you to cash is stolen or counterfeit. The scam works because you are fully liable for any bouncing checks you have deposited, even weeks after the bank has made funds available. Checks can bounce weeks later, when you've already forwarded the cash outside the country and you will be required to repay all of it. You could lose tens of thousands of dollars and face a criminal investigation. There are no legitimate employment offers of cashing checks in a personal bank account, they're all scams!
If you have received checks, do not deposit them. Take them to the police or hand them over to the security / fraud department of your bank. If you have deposited any checks, do not withdraw any funds against them. Though they may initially clear, they will eventually bounce and you could end up owing the bank thousands of dollars.
