Hello Dear,
It is my profound pleasure to write you regardless of the fact that we do
not know in person, but your positive response towards my message shall
be of great benefit to both of us, for the near future. I am Johann Samuel,
son of Chief Joseph Samuel, a Native of Mende district in the Eastern province
of Sierra-Leone, who was the General Manager of Sierra-Leone Mining Co-operation
(S.L.M.C) Freetown.
During the war in my country, and following the indiscriminate looting of
public and government properties by the rebel forces, the Sierra-Leone Mining
Co-operation was one of the targets looted and destroyed. On this process,
my father including some other top Government functionaries were attacked
and killed by the rebels in November 2000 because of his relationship with
the civilian government of Tejan Kabbah. This was a great tragedy as many
top government Officials were victim of this attack. Being the only son
of my father, I was left alone after my fathers death hence I lost my mother
some years ago.
My fathers relatives quickly decended on our properties immediately they
came to know about my fathers death owing to the fact that I am single and
have no good knowledge of all his properties. Unknown to them, my father
told me some months ago before his death that he was planning for a business
trip to Abidjan Cote where he secured some money for the establishment of
a Private Mining Co-Operation. He told me that this money is the total of
$10.5m He added that this money is contained inside a consignment and is
secured in the Vault department of a Company in Abidjan Cote D'Ivoire.
After my fathers death, while I was going through his file, I discovered
a Deposit Document containing the information about this deposit and I quickly
contacted the Company in Abidjan Cote D'Ivoire.The company have confirmed
the deposit of this consignment by my father and also they show concern
over his delay in clearing this consignment. I have just notified the Company
of my fathers death since November 2000 and they have told me that this
consignment can only be released to my fathers associate overseas hence
my father secured this consignment to be released to him or his oversea
associate. I am presently in Abidjan myself to monitor this matter and to
make necessary contact for the release of this consignment.
I therefore want your co-operation in this matter so that we can work together
to retrieve this consignment from this company and then forward this money
directly to your foreign bank account for joint investment.
Contact me as soon as you receive this message on jsamuel@jumpy.it so that I can give you more
details and also instructions on how to contact the Company for the release
