I Am James Mobutu Sese-Seko, son of the late President Mobutu Sese Seko

at Cotonou/Nigeria Border monitoring events. Because of the present political
instability, my environment is not conductive for investment and more over;
the present government of President Joseph Kabila, has frozen most of my
father?s properties and account.

name to be used.
