Please permit me to introduce myself. I am barrister Paul Emeka, a solicitor
at law and a personal attorney to Mr. Peter Kelly.
The Board of Directors of The International Trust Bank met on the 20th of
JANUARY 2005 over a matter that requires your co-operation and assistance.
In April 2001, one of their esteemed customers, Mr. Peter Kelly, a national
of your country died in Lagos, Nigeria. Before his death Mr. Peter Kelly
was an influential fishing Magnate, His company had both current, savings
and fixed accounts with The International Trust Bank. At the time of his
death, he had US$10Million in these accounts. When I was notified of his
death, I made efforts to contact his immediate next of kin through your

pending when I will produce his relatives to claim the money. It was as
a result of these directives from the Board of Directors of the Bank to
me and after careful considerations made me to contact you for assistance
to receive this money as the next of kin to Mr. Peter Kelly.
What I want to do is to present you or your company as the next of kin to
Mr. Peter Kelly which will entitle you to receive this money on his behalf.
It will not be difficult to establish the relationship, You could be any
of his relative and As soon as you confirm your willingness to assist, you
shall be provided with all information relating to the Late Mr. Peter Kelly,
as contained in my file.

Trust Bank is 100% behind this proposal. When we have successfully remitted
the fund in your account, you shall assist me invest my share into any profitable
business in your country for 2 years.
