"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This letter is based on my recent findings and situation at hand,but thanks to the search conducted which has made it possible for me to gather all the necessary information about your credibility.

I am Mr.Mark Ferguson, a Corporate Real Estate Consultant and Broker. My purpose of this letter is to seek for your utmost cooperation in procuring my clients Bonded Fund that was lodged with a Building Society in Europe. My client name is Mr.Gordon Koridon, who died without any WILL and till date nobody has been able to locate any of his relatives despite several attempts by the building society to contact the next heir.

The deceased had an Asset valued Thirty-Three million, Three hundred Thousand ($33.3m) United States Dollars approximately and the Building society has issued a notice to provide the Next of Kin or have the account confiscated within the next few months.
