"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: I NEED YOUR URGNET RESPONES!!!!!!

ATTENTION FOR URGENT ASSISTANCE.PLEASE.

Good day,Mr.

You may be surprised to receive this letter from me since you do not know me personally. I am the first son of Dr.William Smeth one of the most popular black farmers in Zimbabwe who was recently murdered in the land dispute in my country. I got your contact through personal search in the internet and decided to write you.
Before the death of my father, he had deposited the sum of USD$15.5 million (Fifteen million Five Hundred thousand United States dollars) in one of the private security and finance company in Senegal- West Africa, as he saw the looming danger in Zimbabwe. This amount was meant for the purchase of new machines and chemicals for the Farms and establishment of new farms in swaziland.
The land problem began when Zimbabwean President Mr. RST introduced a new Land Act Reforms which was targeted against the rich white farmers but the black farmers were affected in the process. This policy resulted in killings and looting by Zimbabwean war veterans and some lunatics in the society. A lot of people were killed because of this Land reform Act and my father was one of the victims. It is against this background that, I and my family fled Zimbabwe for fear of our lives and are currently staying in the Dakar- Senegal.
I, as the eldest of my fathers children and the heir to the deposits now seek your assistance in the transfer of the money to your country where we can subsequently re-settle and invest the money in your country. In addition to existing laws in Senegal which made it difficult for people of my status to operate bank accounts, U.N.H.R.C laws also prohibits people classified as refugees to operate bank accounts.I dont want to continue to stay in senegal for fears of political and ethnic crises which is common in this region.
I am seeking for a partner who I can entrust the money which is our whole world, my future and that of my family into his hands for the reasons stated already in this letter. As you can see, this transaction is absolutely free as it is a private money and not government stolen fund.
I will reserve this priviledged position for you until you declare your non interest in the request. Your immediate reply to this letter is therefore imperative.
Thanks in anticipation of your co operationsand God bless.
Yours Faithfully,
Mr.William Smeth. Jr;
