Dear Sir,
With due respect, trust and humanity, I write this letter to you seeking
your help and assistance, though its difficult since we have not known each
other before.
I got your contact address from the SOUTH AFRICAN INFORMATION EXCHANGE
(S.A.I.E), your impressive managerial record made me to solicit for your
partnership in this transaction, and I hope that you will not let me nor my
family down.
I am MR. LOYD IRVINOO, the first and only son of COMRADE.BORDER D. IRVINOO,

Africa, incase of my absence on earth cause by death, only you should
solicit for a reliable foreign partner to assist you in transferring the
money out of south Africa for your future investment purposes. I deposited
this money in your name, and it can be claimed by you alone with the deposit
code. Your mother has the entire document covering the funds, take good care
of your mother and sister".
At present my family and I are residing here in South Africa as Political
Asylum Seekers (Refugees). Because of our Asylum Status, the financial laws
of South Africa do not allow us to operate with any financial bank or carry
out any commercial activity.
>From the above you can see that I cannot invest this funds here in South
Africa, therefore I request to present you before the Security Company's
management and the bank of South Africa as my father's foreign partner
before he died so that you can be allowed to transfer the funds out of South
Africa into your private bank account on our behalf.
Once the funds is successfully transferred into your bank account, my family
and I will fly down to your country to meeting you for our part of the
funds, and probably establish a good investment with you.
Sir, for your assistance, I offer you 30% of the total fund, while my family
and I shall keep 70%.
As soon as I hear from you, I shall furnish you with the entire details to
this fund and the means to employ.
