Hello,
I am sending you this message from London because i am presently on a
working visit from Spain to United kingdom.I have this urgent issue i must
conclude before i go back to spain.
When Stella Obasanjo (Wife of President Olusegun Obasanjo) left Abuja her
itinerary was to visit Germany and then fly to Italy to represent the
President at ordination anniversary in the Vatican City on Saturday, Only
her close Aides knew she had a different itinerary.
She arrived Spain on Thursday unknown to anyone. She paid a visit to
Sparkling Finance company, On Friday she visited us at the Embassy and
informed the Envoy of her visit and that she come for medical check up.
Later that Friday morning we drove her to Molding Clinic in Puerto Banus,
near Marbella-Spain. That night we were telephoned that she has had an
operation and had complications and went into coma. Early morning of
Saturday, October 22, 2005,she died following post-surgery complications.Her
body was been flown back home and has been given a state burial. One week
after, Sparkling Finance company sent a message to us requesting the name of
the contractor for the $4.7 million deposit she made as payment for a
contractor for procurement of materials for her pet project; Child Care
Trust vocation center in Bwari, the Federal Capital Territory(FCT).
There are certain reasons that made it mandatory that she must make secret
her plans. One was that she has already been advised against the surgery
three weeks earlier, second she did not want the $4.7 million deposit to be
of public knowledge due to earlier scandal which dealt "a blow in the belly"
to the president's fight against corruption. Public knowledge of the
existence of this deposit will call for a lot of Questioning and will
further bring untold scandal to the President and the Nation.
Stella did not mention the contractor before she died. We are trying to find
a way to "nip scandal at bud" by quietly retrieving the funds back to the
Country or at best procure materials and supply to the Child Care Trust
vocation center through a contractor or Agent.
I am therefore soliciting your cooperation to front you as the contractor to
enable you claim this deposit and conclude the project. You'll be settled
you for this. This operation requires that we'll forward your name to the
finance house, you will make a contact with this Finance house, claim the
deposit, deduct your (would be) agree amount for your settlement and pay the
balance into the account that we'll provide to you or supply the materials.
Either way you choOse to participate, Before we can suitably agree on what
would be your settlement, I would want you to contact the Finance house
first and find out all that it will take to get the deposit. This will
enable us work out a commensurate compensation.
