"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I know that this letter come to you as a surprise due the fact that we do not know each other in person .I got your name address from the Nigeria chamber of commerce through a reliable source.
I am Mr Temitope Stella Obasanjo the son of the late wife of president Obasanjo, president of the Federal replublic of Nigeria {Though i was born to a different father}. Stella died in the plane crash that occured in Nigeria though it was claimed she died in a spanish hospital ,this was due to the fact that she has embezzled a huge amounts of money up to the tune of six hundred million United State Dollars {U.S$ 600,000,000.00} And president Olusegun Obasanjo being at fore front of campaign against corruption {leading to the establishment of EFCC} The organisation thats handle corruption  issues in Nigeria will not wants his image to be tarnished as the one championing the cause had to stage her death in a plane crash http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/2005-10-22-nigerian-plane_x.htm
{ since EFCC has gather anough evidence against her }this even lead to the closing down of a T.v station {A.I.T} in Nigeria because it was the first to locate and broadcast the crash site since the Federal Government was claiming the crash location that is different from the real site . I was saying all this because i was privy to the incident because Stella once told me they are making attept on her life .I have to come to United Kingdom for the safety of my life because i was the only one that knows the whereabout of the $600,000,000.00 .
Thats is why i am writing you to solicit your asistance to transfer the money which she deposited in a private security company for safe keeping .  The only child my mother had for the president was an imbecile hence she instructed me to retrieve the money on her behalf incase of an unforseen circumstances like this .we wanted to use the money come the year 2007 when president Olusegun Obasanjo might have step down as the president of the Federal republic of Nigeria . Currently the money is deposited in a private security company here in U.K as valuable . this means that the security company does not know the real content of the consignment .
She simply deposited the money as diplomatic valuables to avoid the security company from interfering with the money .However i would want you to asist me in investing this money into any profitable business venture for me and my brother's future {since i am not the only one }.I am willing to offer you 20% of the total sum as me and my  brother deliberated upon while 5% will be set aside to cater for expenses and the remaing 75% is for me and my brother investment   . for more deliberation contact me through the telephone and email address provided above and please do provide me with your personl telephone and fax number for easier communicatoin

NOTE:reply should be mail to  temitope_obs@yahoo.com

Yours Sincerely
 Mr Temitope Stella Obasanjo
