"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

With due respect ,I humbly wish to come to your attention despite the
tremendous rate of fraudulent emails that are being sent from Africa.

Notwithstanding the mentioned above sentence, I am Mr Ortiba Onee a personal
assistant on family matters to field Marshal Idi Dada Amin the former
President of Uganda Who died due to coma and high blood pressure on Saturday
August 16,2003 in king fahad hospital in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia where he was
given asylum.

It may interest you to know that on January 3, 2005, a new claiming process
committee was established to provide Global Security Company based in United
Kingdom management with the names of their clients that have not renewed
their certificate of transaction for past ten years and the late former
president’s name was published among other names. As a matter of facts, the
claims process is part of the settlement of the Holocaust Victim Assets
class action litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District
of New York.

As regards to this, I am contacting you as secret to contact the Son of the
late former president by name General Ali Amin who Is the legal next of kin

transferring the said consignments to your country. Gen Ali Amin cannot
clear these consignments at present by himself because of the way the
present Uganda government is fighting against the Family.
