"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING

PHONE;27-834211556

ATTN: PLS

I am Dr Mr.TONNY ZUMA Director of Delivery/Operation,

High Wall Security Company, South Africa. Our firm is a security company of
high repute with years of outstanding service to the people of Africa
especially top government officials
and military leaders in Africa who brought highly valuable assets for safe
keeping in our company.
I have resolved to contact you through this medium based on business
proposal that will be of mutual benefit to both of us. I have not discussed
this with anybody because of its top secret. To be explicit and straight to
the point some times in 2001,a reputable client of ours deposited
consignment in our company, vault for safekeeping. And since then our client
has failed to come forward to claim his consignment, which has accumulated a
huge amount of money in demurrage.

Consequently, in our bid to contact this client to redeem the demurrage,
which his consignment had accumulated, I discovered that our client was the
former rebel leader of Angola Late Mr Jonas Savimbi who was killed by
Angolan government forces in early 2002.

Since the death of our client, no one has come to claim the consignment with
us, which means that none of his children, relatives or aids had any
knowledge of such consignment. Hence out of curiosity I decided to secretly
open the two boxes that were registered as precious gems by our client but
discover to my utter disbelieve that the boxes contain a large sum of money
in United States Dollars amounting to US$18.Million US Dollars.

Since this development I have been thinking and nursing plans secretly. Also
I found out from enquiry and foreign media that our late client made a lot
of money mining his country's diamonds in the areas he controlled during the
decades long civil war, which he also used to finance the war. It is my
conviction that the consignment in our vault was part of the money that our
client made from diamond sales and now that he is dead, there is no trace
to this money in our care.

I am now soliciting your noble assistance in transferring this money out of
South Africa to your country for immediate investment with your assistance.
I have also decided that you will be generously be entitled to 40% of the
total amount.

Upon my receipt of your reply confirming your willingness to assist me in
this transaction, I will give you further details on how we shall achieve it
through a lawyer who will coordinate it to success by means we have already
worked out.

In addition, upon hearing from you, I will immediately arrange through same
lawyer and transfer all the documentary right of ownership of this
consignment to your name to facilitate your easy clearance and transfer of
the complete funds to your country for investment purposes.

This transaction is 100% risk free. Please maintain absolute
CONFIDENTIALITY in this matter.

I await your response and whether or not you are interested, kindly keep
this exchange between you and I strictly confidential.

Best Regards,

MR.TONNY ZUMA.
