I am Mr.Arthur Adams,Agency manager of the Victoria Island branch of Solidstar insurance PLC.I want to crave your indulgence to introduce myself and a mutually beneficial business proposal
since we have not formally met. This is in respect of a foreign client (policy holder) with ourinsurance company
(Mrs. Barbara Freeman an American citizen) who died in the ill-fated plane crash of 31st October 1999 aboard Egyptian airline 990.Please see www.cnn/us/9911/02/eygptair990

Since the demise of Mrs. Barbara Freeman I, as the agency manager of the Victoria island branch has watched with keen interest to see her beneficiary come forward to be paid her insurance claims but I have since discovered that she also lost her husband in that crash.
Right now the late Freeman has with us under the cash accumulation plan policy the sum of US $9,860,000.00(Nine million eight hundred and sixty united states dollars)made up of basic allowance, bonus, waiver premium and
accidental indemnity. This amount has been with us for quite sometime and no one has come forward to file for claims.
The insurance practitioners act, practice conventions and rules is very explicit on these types of matters and it is expected that after six (6) years the policy goes into redundancy and the funds payout reverts to our company.
It is for this reason that after considering things and giving it a very hard thought that I decided to contact you to collaborate with me on this deal in the belief that trust is not given but earned.The need for a foreigner as the beneficiary arose because the head office will only approve this claim to foreigner since the policy holder was a foreigner.
May I therefore propose that 25% of the funds will come to you for compliance, full co-operation and being my partner on this deal.5% will be for any expenses that my occur in the course of processing the approvals and procuring
documents to back up pay out from the head office of our insurance company. The rest of the funds will be for me.
On completion of the deal I will travel to your country for the sharing and disbursement of the funds as I am almost
due for retirement. I will very much love to invest and settle there too. Upon the receipt of your reply, i will send to you by fax or email a draft application of beneficiary claimant form which you will fill and forward to our head office as the beneficiary and also on the next step to take. I will not fail to bring to your notice that this deal is100% risk free as the arrangements required to achieve our aim has been perfected and with your full co-operation we will conclude everything in few days time.
