My husband made this deposit for me and our two children telling me that it’s for the future of my children and I in case of his absence on earth, my husband also made me vow to him concerning the money saying that I am not to utilize it unless after his absence on earth and in respect of the utilization of the money my husband reached an agreement with the security and safe deposit company that the gold dust in the diplomatic metallic trunk box should not in any case be realised to me without the concern of a foreign associate of which no name was mentioned.
