I do hope this letter will not come to you as a- surprise.It was my desire to share a mutual business relationship with you.
My name is Mr samuel helegbe kordjo 56 years,a Ghana national married with four children.I work as an administrative secretary (records) to PEOPLES SECURITIES SERVICES LTD in Accra ,Ghana. I got the information concerning you from the Ghana Chambers of Commerce and after due cosultation with my wife I decided to contact you believing that by the grace of God ,you will accept to my partner in this business as a God Fearing Person who will receive the consignment and will not forget about me as his partner.
I earn a salary of 1.6million (cedis) USD200 Dollars equivalent monthly. I joined this company in 1991 as an office assistant secretary. I have been working for this company for ten years. Within this period, I have watched with meticulous precious how African Head of States and government functionaries have been using PEOPLES SECURITIES to move huge sums of money like USD,Pound Sterling,French Francs(cash)to their foreign partners.
They bring in these consignments of money cash and secretly declare as jewelleries,gold,precious stones,family treasures,documents etc.
Gen.Sani Abacha of Nigeria(dead),Mobutu Sese Seko of Zaire(dead),Foday Sankoh of Sierra-Leone, Babangida of Nigeria etc,all have consignment deposited with PEOPLES SECURITIES. Their foreign partners,friends and relatives are claiming most of these consignments.A lot of them are lying here unclaimed for as mush as 15 years. Nobody may never available to anybody except the depositors,where most of them are dead.
Since the inception of 2000 millenium, PEOPLES SECURITIES MANAGEMENT change the procedure of claim of consignment. As soon as you are able to produce all the secret information as contained in the secret file of any consignments, it will be release to you upon demand.
From our record, more than 60 consignment belonging to Gen.Abacha/Mobutu Sese Seko,has been claimed in the past six months. This is why I am soliciting for your co-orperation and assistance.
Gen.Abacha has 85 consignment deposited with several names and codes and 35 have been claimed in past six months. He is dead, his first son is also dead in a plane crash,and the second son is facing trial for murder and money emberzzlement while the family members are retristed arrest without communication.
I have finshed every arrangement for you to come and claim comsignment No.1201 containing USD55M. And consignment No.1200 containing USD35M. My duty is to supply you with all the information and documents by fax or e-mail and you will deal with the management.The procedure is simple:You will officialy apply to the Director of Operation of PEOPLES SECURITIES COMPANY for the release of consignment No. 1201 and No.1200 .They will demand for some documents and secret codes.Call me, and I will supply you with every detailed information and you will then fax it to them.(as for the past five years nobody has ever asked or come for this two consignments.
As soon as they confirm it to be correct, they will invite you for the collection.If you do not want to come to Accra-Ghana,you can arrange with them to transfer the consignment to anywhere on arrangment. I will suggest upon conclusion that we share 40-50. while 10% will be maped out for any expenses that will occur in the transaction.
At the successful conclusion of the deal, you'll arrange for me and my family to come over to your countryor any where that will be suitable for us to stay. I assure you that the business have been hatched for 5 years now and it is very very secure and risk free.
