"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Attn: Pastor Robert Ised.

Dear Sir,

Your email is ok to me but I wish to bring it to your notice that any money sent through western union to Ghana can be collected in any bank where western union operates here. The bank that is closer to us here is ECO Bank.

Please I would like to know the kind of security questions he has to answer before picking up the money? I advise that you send the money through the normal western union services as what you are saying will be tidious and I would not want it that way. Send the money through the normal western union services where the will give you the control number, text question and answer and all the necessary informations needed so that you can forward the informations to me. I must keep a record of every of my correspondences with you for future referrences. I hope you do understand. Makola is too far from my place and office as I will prefer you do it the normal way to avoid much stress.

Awaiting your urgent response.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. Dagogo Mark (Esq.)
