Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

distance par carte de crédit . parce que je voudrais régler au plus vite
toutes les questions d'acompte à verser ( au cas où ). Aussi j'aimerais que
vous ajoutiez à la facture le montant de 4000 ? que vous ferez parvenir à
une agence de voyages à Abidjan par Mandat Western Union après avoir
prélever sur ma carte de crédit. le montant total de ma réservation. C'est
pour notre cadeau de mariage. En effet , ce sont des billets de première
classe que ma femme et moi offrons aux futurs mariés avant la date du
mariage. Je sais cependant que ceci n'est pas votre travail, mais je vous le
demande car l'agence ne peux pas prendre de paiement à distance sur carte de
