Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

We have acknowled receipt of your Fund from the Presidential delegates.
Besides,we have been mandated by the Presidency/Federal excutive Council to deliver the Fund Cash directly to your doorstep,through a special
Diplomatic means.The consignments were concealed in two metallic boxes for
Security reasons and labeled,as containing"Diplomatic Effects"so as to obtain full Diplomatic Immunity coverage to ensure a hitch-free delivery.I so sympathize with you for the long delay in your payment.

The Mode of our operation is as follows:-
(1)You are to inform this office the name of your nearest International Air-port of con venience to enable this office enroute the Diplomatic Ticket correctly and also mail us your 1st & 2nd pages of your International Passport or any other Identity
as we shall forward to you the Diplomatic's passport to enable you Identify him
on his arrival.

(2)Your presence is needed at the Air-Port to receive the Diplomats on arrival,so that both of you will move straight to your nominated Bank to assistand cordinate
in the lodging of the Fund into your account.Therefore you will endorse certain vital documents confirming the intact receipt of your fund.This will enables us write reports back to the Presidency on your receipt of the Fund,on their Return to Accra Ghana.
Finally,Upon confirmation of your readiness to receive the consignments,we will immediately start processing the neccessary documents as regards the safe delivery
of the consignment to your country.
