"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: GET BACK TO ME IF YOU CONSIDER IT A DEAL.

From David Markson,
Swiss Platinum Bank
United Kingdom.

I happened to know Kenneth Lay, who was the chief executive officer is Enron energy united states of America, one on one when he was alive and I was his mistress account officer in my bank Swiss Platinum Bank International.

He opened an account with this bank in 2001 with name of his mistress, Evelyn Brooks, and then the initial deposit he made was $6.2million USD.In 2003 when he came to United Kingdom on holidays with his mistress, they made a withdrawal of $43,000USD, a British American resident in New York. Unfortunately, the lady was a victim of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on world trade center.
Kenneth lay wrote the bank officially about the lady’s demise and presented him self as the next of kin. He tendered all the necessary documents that were evidential enough for his claims and the money was released to him. The money was transferred to an account he opened with his name in my bank, since then the only money that has been withdrawn is $126,000 he remitted to his lawyer Mike Ramsey, since then the account has been dormant.

Now since his death (Kenneth Lay) in Aspen Colorado US, no body has informed the bank officially of his death and from my little investigations, none of his family members knows about this account with us.

Based on the information I gathered, no member of his family, the wife and the five children knows about this particular money. I have a copy of the deposit certificate and most importantly the four-digit deposit code number.
If you are ready to work with me, let me present you as the next of kin with the backing of a court order to claim the money, this is very risk free. We have to hire the services of an experience lawyer here united kingdom who will help us secure some of the relevant documents that might be required by the bank, now the beauty of it all is that we are going to use the same lawyer that helped Kenneth Lay to secure the documents he used for the first claims, and that alone is enough evidence for the bank to release the money to you.

Again to avoid much documentation, am going to use my post to make sure that you receive the money through online banking which is faster and less expensive. We are not going to spend much. If you can handle this, just forward your particulars to me; full names, Address, and your contact number.

Don’t be afraid of any thing, it is very risk free. The sharing mode will be 50/50,if the deal goes successfully.

Contact me immediately once you consider it a deal.
Expecting your response.

Yours Sincerely,
David Markson,
