Dear FRIEND,
How are you today with your family ?. I hope all is
fine. if so, thanks be to God. My name is Mr. Richard
Biira, i am from Zimbabwe, I am the son of Late Terry
biira of Zimbabwe. But I am now in South Africa with my
sister and mother Ian. My father was killed by President
Robert Mugabe because of the new land reform act he
newly introduced in Zimbabwe. On May 7 2001,we want to
to school and from there
i decide to go to the shop to buy some groceries for
the family, on our way back, I found the body of our
father and husband lying in a pool of blood in front of our gate.
The crisis and killing in Zimbabwe started when the
Commercial Farmers Union of Zimbabwe-cfu- in Zimbabwe
disagree with the President new land reform act,the
President and members of his ruling party Zanu-pf
introduced a new land act to seizure all the farmlands
from the present owner to members of his party-Zanu-pf
party Union.
You will be surprise why we trust and choose you to
help us although we have not seen or meet each other
before we believe we all share one common bound as
human beings.
I am using this medium to ask you for a help, to help
me and my mother to transfer [US$10,300,000] our late
father and husband savings into your account. He had deposited all
his saving with a safe Company here in South Africa as
he foresaw the looming crisis in Zimbabwe because of
the new land reform act.
After the burial my father and husband, the same group with the
President Robert Mugabe planned to kill us and my mother and sister
because of my father farmland in Kwekwe."
What have we done we asked that you want to kill us
but the continue chatting, leave Zimbabwe or you and
your mother will be killed, the land is ours, leave
our land or your will be killed”. The pressurized us
too much with their actions pitiless and very bad.
Due to this pressure, restless, and we are helpless, I
decided to protect they only precious thing I have
which is my mother and my sister Ian & Magada after we have
survived two different attack of kidnapping and
attempt murder,then we decided to leave Zimbabwe to
South Africa our neighbouring country.
During the struggle to take care of my mother and sister here in
South Africa,we lost only sister and daughter-Magada on 5 July 2002.
At this time, the burden and pains becomes unbearable
for us.I have Ian to look after as the only thing i
have, but who can help me because i have no job and no
father,no friends or relatives.
We are now in South Africa as a refugee with my mother Ian
and as a refugee in South Africa, by law we
are not permitted to open/operate with the banks here
and to participate in any financial transactions in
South Africa. Because of this policy and of the fact
that we are no longer going back to Zimbabwe, because
we lost every thing we have, we decide to transfer the
money out from here to where we can make good use of
it.
We are therefore seeking for your help as partner-ship
to assist us and transfer the money out from here into
your account and to make sure that the fruits of this
our late father and husband labor will not get into the hands of
corrupt greedy government officials.
We will discuss with you and give you more
information’s and details of the transactions as soon
as we hear from you because I shall require your
assistance to invest my share in your country. Upon

provide the remaining details of our family fortune
since he was the one my late husband entitled the
