"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

From: Miss Joy GomoAdd: 76 rue de angree, Djibi, ABIDJAN, REPUBLIC OF COTE D'IVOIRE Good day friend,
Permit me to inform you of my desire of going into business relationship with you. I got your contact from the International web site directory. I prayed over it and selected your name among other names due to what my mind told me to me that you are a reputable and trust worthy person I can expose my deal to and do business with. So I must not hesitate to confide in you for this simple and sincere business. I am Miss. Joy Gomo, the only Daughter of late Mr. and Mrs George Gomo. My father was a very wealthy Cocoa Merchant in Abidjan, the economic capital of Ivory Coast, before he was poisoned to death by his business associates on one of their outing to discus on a business deal. When my mother died on the 21st October 1996, my father took me and my little brother special because we are motherless. Before the death of my father on 24th June 2005 in a private hospital here in Abidjan, he secretly called me on his bed side and disclose to me that he deposited the sum of $12.5 Million (Twelve Million, five hundred thousand dollars) with a security company and hand over all the vital documentation concerning the deposit to me. He deposited the money in a security trunk box and declare the content as mere Family valaubles, for security reasons.
He also explained to me that it was because of this wealth and some huge amount of money his business associates supposed to balance him from the deal they had, that he was poisoned by his business associates. That I should seek for a God fearing foreign partner in a country of my choice to help me claim the trunk box of money and use it for investment purpose, (such as real estate management). Please, we are honourably seeking your assistance in the following ways. 1) To retrieve the trunk box of money from the security company and also assist us in exstablishing the fund into any lucrative business of your choice. 2) To serve as the guardian of this since I am only 22 years of age and I do not have business experience.3) To help me and my little brother come over to your country as soon as you clam the trunk box from the security company so that we can continue our education and a new life. Moreover, we are willing to offer you 20% of the total sum as compensation for your kind assistance and advise. Please if you can assist us, I will be very greatful and repay you many time over.
Thanks and God bless you. Anticipating in hearing from you soonest.
Yours faithfully Miss. Joy Gomo.
