"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

. Since i got the information about his death, i have been expecting his next of Kin to come forward to claim his money because we can not release it unless somebody applies for it as next of Kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking and financial policies, but unfortunately i
learnt that his supposed next of kin or relation died along side with him in the incident leaving nobody behind to claim the money, a very sad incident indeed. It is therefore upon this discovery that I am writing you as the Foreign operation manager who is privately inform you to apply for the
funds as the beneficiary next of kin to the money. So,I therefore indulge you to apply as the next of kin or relation to the deceased, since nobody is coming for it and we do not want this money to go into the Bank treasury as unclaimed funds or shared among our top officials, instead we can use
the money for ourselves and for orphanage homes. The Banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money remained unclaimed after seven (7) years, the money will be transferred into the Bank treasury as unclaimed fund. You may not be related to MR Kurt Kahle the request for a foreigner
as next of kin in this business is occasioned by the fact that as a public servant,I cannot operate a foreign account or have an account that is more than equivalent., aside, the customer was a foreigner and an indigened cannot stand as next of kin to the deceased family. My kindness will be for
you as foreign partner to indicate what you want, in respect to the provision of a foreign account. I shall provide you with all the necessary documents to back up your claim. i assured you 20% of this fund after a successful tranfer of the fund to your nominate account,Please honesty is the
watch word in this transaction, I will greatly appreciate if you accept my proposal in good faith. I shall visit your country, for disbursement according to our agreed terms. Therefore to enable the claim of this funds by you, you must apply first to the Bank as a relation or next of kin of the
deceased indicating your telephone and fax number for easy and effective communication and location where the money will be remitted to,
Upon receipt of your reply, I will give you the details of my plans to make this a success.I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction is hitch free and that you should not entertain any fear, as all required arrangements shall be made for the transfer. I decided to connect
your interest, i can invest my own share in your country to avoid people's awareness as a civil servants here in my country,
Please keep this very confidential. Trusting to hear from you shortly on my alternative email address

Best Regard,

SIMION JEAN
