"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Beloved,

Greetings to you and your family. I have a proposal for you, this is however not mandatory nor will I in any way and manner compel you to honor it against your wish. I am Mrs. Izzah Binti Abdul-Rahman, I have a severe case of ( Bradykinesia and Postural Instability ) and in a lame man terms it’s called PARKINSON DISEASE which has forced me to stay in my home town Sabah the Eastern part of Malaysia. I do not have any other companion except my only son and my computer laptop which when I am not too sick or bedridden with my illness, I use it to make contact with the outside world, since the death of my late husband Dato Soon-kit Abdul-Rahman in a plane clash on Egypt Air Flash in 2004 my situation has deteriorated. Please see the link below for details of the clash:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/3365721.stm

My late husband was a seasoned diplomat with Malaysia embassy in France before his death. Our government and the job did expose the family to numerous trips to many countries of EUROPE. It was while in one of his official duty that he met the tragedy that claimed his life with the other passengers in the ill-fated plane. My illness made it difficult for me to follow my husband as, I occasionally do. This I take as a design by God to save my life. At the moment, I cannot talk or walk for too long, without the help of my private and personal nurse, who is also my confidential assistant.

Let me not take much of your time in my family problem, but go direct to my reason of contacting you. I am a privy to a large deposit of money in one of the local Finance House in Europe. At the moment, I am not certain if I can travel out of Malaysia again, as a result of my ill-health. The total amount of the money was USD 15.5 Million with the intention of establishing an oil servicing enterprise after his retirement.

Money does not mean anything to me now; But, I do not want any setback in my SON education. Hence, I am contacting you to stand on my behalf for the claiming and investment of this fund for my child education, his just 12 years old now. I need a good future for him. If you are in position to assist me, kindly forward your contact information to my private email address on: (abdulrahman_izzah@yahoo.com) so that I will write the family attorney to prepare the legal paper that will enable you represent me in claiming this money.

I look forward to your sincere reply.

Mrs. Izzah Binti Abdul Rahman.
