Lastly, I also admit to Foreign Contractors and Inherited Contract Fund Beneficiaries with Nigerian Government who had not received their fund, to stop Further Communication with any of the offices who had been communicating with them, because I have given an ultimatum to all the Ministries in Nigeria and the paying Banks home and Abroad, none of this office has been approved by me, the corrupt officers in the former administration will not be part of this government. You are hereby ask to stop communication immediately till my advise, I am having new appointment on the offices, ministries and bank to be involve in the payment of un-paid Foreign Contractors and Inherited Contract Fund Beneficiaries with Nigerian Government. The Foreign Contractors and Inherited Contract Fund Beneficiaries with Nigerian Government should confirm to me the details of their contract or fund in question, for immediate conclusion on the payment as the first achievement of my administration. I hereby look forward to have your contract and funds information immediately. I will serve you sincerely.
