"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello my Dear.

How are you and Family?

I'm delighted to write/inform you towards the success in getting the fund transferred under the cooperation of a partner.Presently I'm in Monaco for investment projects with my own share of the total sum.

Meanwhile, considering the fact of human sympathy,my partner said that he will never forget all your previous efforts and attempts to finalise this transferring of the fund despite that it failed some how.

Now I am contacting you in respect of the instruction given to me by my business partner who has asked me to contact you on his behalf and compasate you for your efforts in getting those funds transferred. though according to him you had to stop on the way.you should kindly contact his former secretary in Republic of Benin.

Name;MS MARY DAN.
Email;ms_mary_dan_01@yahoo.com

please ask her to send you the Draft of $1.250.000.00 which he kept for your compensation of all the previous efforts you made in the transaction. he appreciated your efforts as at that time very much. So feel free and get in touch with him and instruct him where he should send the amount to you.

Please kindly let me know immediately you receive it so that i will be sure that you have recieved it. I am very-very busy at the moment here because of the investment projects which I and the partner are having at hand here in Monaco. Finally,

note that I had forwarded instruction to his secretary on your behalf. and she will send the Draft to you without hesitation.
