Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

The only money you have to send to them is there security keeping fee which is $110.00 Us Dollars to received your package.Do not delay to contact Mr. Ralph Okuego, Director of Fedex Express Company through this E-mail;(fedexexpresscompanyplc@yahoo.fr) contact him as soon as possible to avoid increase the security keeping fee,
