With due respect, trust and humanity,I have a proposal for you and this however is not mandatory nor will i in any manner compel you to honour against your will.
I am Carine Williams 19 years old and the only child of my late parents Mr.and Mrs WILLIAMS. My father was a highly reputable business magnet,a Gold and Agro-Chemical Dealer who operated in the capital of Ivory Coast during his days.It is sad to say that he passed away mysteriously during one of
his business trips.Though his sudden death was linked or rather suspected to have been masterminded by his business associates but God knows the truth!
My mother died when I was just 8 years old and since then my father took me so special because i am motherless. Before his death in the hospital,he told me that he has the sum of Four million seven hundred thousand United State Dollars.(USD$4.700,000) left in a Suspence Fixe Account in his bank in
Europe. He further told me that he deposited the fund with my name as the next of kin since i am the only child.He also explained to me that it was because of this wealth that he was poisoned by his business associates,that i should seek for a foriegn partner in a country of my choice where i
will transfer this money and use it for investment purpose. Finally he issued a written instruction to his bank to release the fund to any foriegn partner of my choice on my behalf for the investment of the fund since i am only 19 yrs old.
I am just a university undergraduate and really don't know what to do.Now I want an account overseas where I can transfer this funds. This is because I have suffered a lot of set backs as a result of incessant political crisis here in Ivory coast.The rebels captured the city where we live and took
over our building and other access. Right now i am staying in the Refuge Camp left with nothing and life here is not safe that is why i want to leave this country immediately,infact the death of my father actually brought sorrow to my life.
Please,I am in a sincere desire of your humble assistance in this regards.Your suggestions and ideas will be highly regarded.
Now permit me to ask these few questions:-
1. Can you honestly help me provide your bank account where the fund will be transfered.
2. Can I completely trust you to serve as the Guardian to me and my
fund in your country since i am a girl of 19 yrs old without Banking and
International business experience.?
3. What percentage of the total amount in question will be good for
your compensation after the successful transfer of the money is in your
account?
