The charges are a little high because of the insurance cover taken incase of loss, damage or theft of your highly sensitive document before it gets to you. The London Postal Service assumes all responsibilities incase of any eventualities.
You are to choose only one of the delivery options above and make payment. Payments are to be made via WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER or MONEYGRAM MONEY TRANSFER so as to speed up the process of delivery. The payment should be made in my name with the information stated below:

Scan and send the moneygram or western union transfer slip/receipt via email to me. If you do not have a scanner, email me the following information:
1. Name and Address of Sender
2. 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) for western union or 8-digit reference number in the case of Moneygram
3. Test Question and Answer, if any.
When sending the payment details, Please change the subject of your email to ' Western Union sent' so that I would attend to it immediately as I have many mails coming in. I have attached a copy of my Identity card for your security.

A dispatch notice indicating the date and time of departure and expected date and time of delivery will be sent to you once payment is received. You will be required to sign for the parcel personally with a copy of your international passport or your driver's license as identification.
