"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Attention: Principal Counsel,
Re: Legal Representation

Dear Sir/Madam,
The management of Weiqiao Textile Company Limited China, requires your legal representation for our North American Customers. We are of the opinion that your ability to consolidate payments from North America will eradicate delays due to inter-continental monetary transaction between Asia and North America.
More so, we understand that a proper Attorney-Client Retainer agreement will provide the necessary authorization and we are most inclined to commence talks with you on this matter as soon as possible.

Of course, the provisions of your written attorney-client retainer agreement will control over our business relationship. Your consideration of our request is highly anticipated and we look forward to your prompt response.
We are incapacitated by distance logistics to directly collect payments that are due or to commence litigations directly in such cases, but our company cannot continue to absorb the continued losses from unpaid accounts. Below are the services we hope your organization can help us with.

1. Received payments that are due from our customers in USA/Canada.
2. In the event of any customer not wanting to pay their debt, help us in possible law suit.

Please feel free to contact me for more direction about this offer through this my private email: phillp.li@yahoo.com.cn
