"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Last Year My Committee Awarded contract to a German Contractor and this contractor is for developments of Nigerian Tourist site in Akwo Ibom State And Rivers States here in Nigeria.This contract was officially assigned to be awarded and executed by two foreign contractors at the tune of 185m euro but in the course of my negotiation,I bargained with only one foreign contractor, a German firm which now executed the contract at the cost of 170m euro and the German firm is now scouring their payment leaving the remaining 15M euro floating in the escrow account of the paying Bank here to the benefits of me the contract award chairman and unknown to the contractor and any other person in my Ministry,This contract has been satisfactorily executed, I seek your assistant to use your Name or company
to secure the remaining payment of 15m euro in to your account for investment. you will get 30%  percent after the payment have been paid to your account as the second contractor that did the contract with the German contractor if you are interested. Your sincerely . Dr Sunday Afolabi.
