"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

My name is, Dr.Ahmad Jassim Muhammad Al Azzawe,I am from Argentina and a World Bank Payment Monitoring Agent in Nigeria Appointed by the United Nations to monitor the rate of fraud/scam activities going on in this nation that claimed to be the giant of Africa.
I am contacting you based on our meeting with the Nigerian President (Dr.Goodluck Ebele Jonathan) and his federal executive members yesterday evening concerning foreign contractors and some other individuals that inherited their funds from their lost ones in Nigeria. The meeting which was attended by the Nigerian Attorney General, Economic and financial Crime Commission Chairman, Finance Minister of Nigeria, Senate President and the Central Bank Governor lasted for good six hours and yielded a positive result in favor of we foreigners.

It was a very big shame and dent to Nigerian government that the various departments concerned in charge of foreign contract/inherited fund payments could not ascertain the true beneficiaries of funds due to so many irregularities that were intentionally masterminded by some top government official. It was as a result of these irregularities that so many foreigners who genuinely executed contract with the Federal government of Nigeria were defrauded by some syndicates, scammers and fraudsters.

I am highly delighted to inform you that President Goodluck Jonathan and his Federal Executive Members have finally signed a memorandum of understanding with us clearly stating that all affected beneficiaries must receive a compensation/part-payment of $2.5M( Two Million and Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars only). Due to the fact that every fund transfer above $1M from Nigeria doesnt go through due to her indebtedness to the UK and Paris Clubs respectively, we have worked out hitch and risk free payment modalities by appointing Mrs. Marie Grenade Liana Bianca of Mauritius to handle the payment of this approved compensation/Part-Payment under strong supervision of the World Bank Payment Monitoring Agents and UN Fund Clearance officers in Nigeria. With this fresh arrangement of payment, you are not required to put up any fee to have your fund credited into your account but a Notarization/Diplomatic Immunity Seal of T! ransfer Fee of $390n which will be
You are hereby advised to contact Mrs. Marie Grenade Liana Bianca of Mauritius through her most confidential information as stated below:
