Dear good friend

I greet you in the name of almighty God;
I'm Mrs.Kathrine Rafael, Kuwait. I am married to Mr.Sule Rafael, who worked with Kuwait embassy in Ivory Coast for nine years before he died last year from 2008.

We were married for many years without a child. He died after a brief illness that lasted only few days. When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of U.S. $ 2.500 millions of dollars in a bank in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa. Presently, this money is still on the bank. Recently, my doctor told me I would not last for the next eight months due to cancer problem.

What disturbs me most is my stroke sickness. Having known my condition I decided to donate the fund to which anyone is going to invest this money in a good business and will be using the interest or benefit to the less privileges and money the way I am going to instruct here.

I want someone who will use this money for orphanages, school and church, widows, propagating the word of God or Allah and endeavor that the house of God or Allah is maintained.

I took this decision because they do not have any child that will inherit this money. I do not want a situation where this money will be used in an ungodly way. That is why I am taking this decision. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I'm going. I know I'll be in the bosom of God.

l am an widow having $2,500,000 USD with a private trust company for safe keeping. I am willing to offer you 15% of the total fund if you can assist me transfer this fund to your country or any bank of your wish.

Yours faithfully,
Kathrine Rafael
