"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am a young man of 24yrs old, inexperienced in business though have passion for business while when I was in school but had no opportunity to do such; thank God I just graduated from the university where I studied Marine Engineering.

Please, your assistance is very important to me because I have a huge amount of money inherited from my late father who was an oil merchant before his death as the only survived heir; I have to start up business with the money he left for me but how to start now is what I required you to partner with me with your wealth of experience. I will like to invest into Pharmaceuticals and any other good business.

I will like to discuss the modalities with you one on one first via email; So that we can both understand ourselves and sign memorandum of understanding. We will take it from there, I am quite convinced that you are the best person to guide me and serve as my parent and mentor in business.
