"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: oil business proposal

Dear sir,

My name is daniel park, a professional medical expert (surgeon) here
in the UK, London to be precise.

Without taking much of your time, I would like to inform you that I am
the heir to my late brother's estate, which includes an Oil
Operational License (OOL), which was my late brother's major source of
income, as he was fully into the oil marketing business. He was my
only brother but unfortunately, he died with his family in the deadly
natural disaster that took place in Japan months ago.

Due to the nature of my job, I have been looking for a reliable person
that can partner with me in the oil business so as to make things less
difficult for me to co-ordinate. I have no knowledge about the
operations of an oil license but my late brother's attorney is ready
to help out since he knows more. So I intend to introduce you to my
late brother's attorney if you would be interested in going into a
partnership business with me in the oil field.

Please let me know if you are interested so that I can give you more details.

danielpark8601@gmail.com

Best Regards,

Daniel Park
