"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.

Interim Employee Engagement specialist required for a large professional services organization based in Milton Keynes for an initial period of 1 year and can be renewable upon satisfactory performance. Paying a day rate of c.£230 (GBP), the key accountabilities of the role will include assisting in the development and implementation of the employee engagement strategy across the UK.

You will be an experienced HR professional with particular exposure to Employee Engagement programmes, who has lead on projects, been a key point of contact in intra-business liaison and can advise senior management on action planning. You must also have strong analytical skills with demonstrable experience of interpreting and producing accurate management information.

My client is a blue chip, complex organization and as such experience in similar size organizations will be beneficial. The successful candidate will have proven experience and a high level of interest in this specialist area, and a comprehensive understanding of the business case for employee engagement and the impact on “the bottom line”.
