"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Beneficiary,

This is to inform you that the only way we could have release your
ATM Visa Card to you is without you paying any upfront payment for
the delivery cost and the insurance fee is by you providing us with a
Fee Waiver certificate,guaranteed by Mr.Alex Tetteh of the
Beneficiary payment board.But he just confirmed that you have refused
to applied for the said Fee's Waiver certificate because of $185usd
cost for it.

Well,We wish to announce to you that our management had given an
ultimatum of 48hours that if you didn't get back to us and nothing is
done for the delivery of this card to you,We will have no option but
to keep these cards in our cards expiration and damage unit as this
will be regarded as non- function-able card.

Your action is required within 48hours as it is stated above or
forfeit these card.
