"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: DUBAI: MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT:MASTERING STRATEGY

Hello,

We are pleased to offer our moderately priced training on

MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT: MASTERING STRATEGY

This program will hold from October 29 to November 3, 2012 in DUBAI UAE.

This 6-day management training course will give a thorough overview of the new skills
and techniques you will need to master in order to succeed as a Manager or a management staff.
The training seeks to stimulate participants’ awareness of the need to employ creative and strategic
thinking as tools for personal development as well as contribute to organizational excellence.

The lack of management know-how is manifested in faulty decisions and the inability to meet targets.
Problem solving and decision-making is especially important for management and leadership. A recent poll found
that more than 50 percent of managers received NO training before starting the job. This course helps managers
become more flexible and responsive to their employees' needs in order to increase retention and achieve greater
productivity.
