"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am Miss Maj Lori Hodge from Ivory Coast the only Daughter of late Engineer Hilary Jon who was killed after the capture of the former president Gbagbo of Ivory Coast , I wish to request for your assistance in an immediate transaction. My late father the Minister of Energy, power and Mining of Cote d'Ivoire before he was Killed in political crisis in my country he instructed me and my mother to look for a foreigner who will assist us for an investment overseas.

He discloses to us about Two million Three Hundred Thousand United States dollars ($2.3million USD in two trunk boxes) which he kept for Investment in a financial Storage company in Cote d’Ivoire. After several Days of funeral of my late father, My uncles and some members of the family started treating us bad with their human wickedness and diabolic powers, thereby forcing my mother out of her matrimonial home which at end they eliminated my mother and left me motherless and fatherless.

I only need you to secure this fund in your NAME as these International Communities are still investigating on our families resources. I will reward you greatly if you can be very kind to me and secure this fund and as soon as possible.

I will give you details as soon as you reply positively to this very approach.

Awaiting your response urgently.
