"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: FROM HOSPITAL BED,

FROM HOSPITAL BED,

Dear Beloved One in Christ. I am sorry to have contacted you without your prior
notice; this is a matter of utmost importance. I contacted you out of luck and
goodwill to acrry out my last wish hence our family attorney who supposed to do
this died last ealier this yaer.

My name is Madam. Hilda Sullivan from Australia; I was happily married to (Mr.
Mangus Sullivan). Who was the formally secretay of Ausrtalia embassy in Nigeria
and later served under UN Refugee Agency (www.unhcr.org). We were married
for 25 years with (a son). He died after a Cardiac Arteries Operation. Since
his death I decided not to remarry due to my religious belief. During my late
husband life time he informed about some fund (Three Million United Sate Dollars) he deposited in the bank for the
up keeping future of our our son, Presently, I'm in a hospital in london where
I have been undergoing treatment for esophagi cancer. I have since lost
my ability to talk and my doctors have told me that I have only few months to
live, because of the damage the cancer have caused in my system unless I
undergo an urgent surgical operation upon which my chance of survival is less
than 30% according to the medical expekingdorts.

Now, It is my last wish to see this money distributed and use for the
investment of my only son because my relatives and friends have plundered so
much of our wealth since my illness, I cannot leave with the agony entrusting
this huge responsibility to any of them hence they have already take the two
businesses investment my late husband owned in Dubai.

Please, I will like you to take my cson as your own son, give him the love I
could have given him. Do not let them feel the pain s of being an orphan, give
him good education, bring them up into a responsible child; his name his jacob
and he is only 7 years old boy. Use this money for an investment that you will
manage until he grow up to take over the investment.

All I need is your assurance that you will not treat my son badly. I am writing
you this mail with great tears in my eyes and I pray you will be honest toward
this mail I write to you today. I also want you to always put me in prayer.

Thanks and Remain blessed, looking forward to hear from you

you’re Sister in the lord

Madam Hilda
