My dear Friend,

I have learned that it is the duty of every man with a vision to affect the lives of others, and any man with purpose to create a web of trustworthy men and women with whom he can share very personal plans and prospects. I have over the past fews weeks considering writing you this email. It is said that the content of a man's soul are always in his words. I have come to know that you seem a very reliable and sure person. Your friendship is something i will forever want to court because i have decided to make a confidant out of you. And besides , I have discovered a long time ago, That two heads are better than one, Maybe we have same perspective and thinking which is the most important thing in friendship.

On the other hand, i think it is necessary and important to let you know that we have unfriendly laws and regulations that guide us here at Military base, and those laws and regulations only exist when we are in the battle field and not when we are at home. Those laws do not allow us to mingle with strangers we meet on the internet, which is for our safety and protection as Taliban's do disguise in the internet to get vital information to work against us. It is for this reason, it's been mandated that no American high ranking Soldier should henceforth communicate with strangers to avoid them penetrating our network again..,but i took the risk to communicate with you because I dont have doubts and fears of not communicating with you.


I strongly believe that any principled man is a man of intergity and any man of such is dependable which is the most important thing in every relationship because any friendship where understanding and trust is lacking cannot be fruitful. It is true that we do not know each other very well through this medium, but i feel eased because I have confidence in friendship and i believe you are a good man. I am therefore going to entrust a responsibility to you and will make myself vulnerable to you.

This is the issue....


During a mission, we came across a safe that contains a huge amount of cash that belongs to the Taliban which I believe, they use in buying weapons and ammunition to sponsor terrorism, and it was agreed by all party to share the money among us and declare only the weapons to the government and NATO officals, however it was executed as we planned. Out of the total fund, I got a share of $18 Million U.S dollars which i have in cash and i thought i could travel along with the money when it's time for my retirement, which will be in December at most.

Just a few days ago, based on my inquires, i have understood the impossiblity for me to travel out of Afganistan with this amount as a soldier therefore I making arrangements to secretly move the money out to Africa in a packaged parcel through a Red Cross Official who supplies our medications with Red Cross Cargo jet, with out his knowledge of the contents of the parcel, and if argeed, he will deposit the parcel in Your name When he gets to Africa at a accreditated delivery cargo company as personal effects. You will have to contact the company in order to deliver the parcel to you. When the money gets to you, you can start with the registration of an NGO and a business name for us to use to set up factories. As Chairman of the Board which i will represent, I am giving you this responsibility of receiving this money and securing it until I come over. One passionate appeal I will make to you is not to discuss this matter with a third party, should you have reasons to reject t his offer, please destroy this e-mail as any leakage of this information will serious effect with the US Army.

I will be migrating soon and i will invest and start a new life not as a soldier anymore as every other man. Please if this proposal is acceptable by you, kindly send me a recieving address to tag on the percel for registeration at the cargo company once it arrives Africa. As soon as I hear from you I will move to meet with Red cross official to hand over this box to him to deposit in the Best logistics company. Furthermore Having been involved in creating concepts of development to take center stage in the new American Foreign Policy, shifting our core attention from war/policing the world to creating meaningful partnership of development with other nations, my attention was drawn to the need of providing quick, durable and affordable housing for the developing world.
