"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Let's talk

Sir,

I am Rev. Jean Paul Buo working with Tropical Bank Kampala Uganda
which belongs to the former Libya Leader, Late Muammar Gaddafi.

However, the United Nations gave a slap on Tropical Bank to close
downall assets and accounts belonging to the former Libyan Leader,
which valued Seventy five million Five hundred thousand Dollars
only($75,500,000.00).

Although, we smartly arranged with Muammar Gaddafi and privately moved
the Fund to an escrows account for safe keeping.

Unfortunately, Muammar Gaddafi lost his life. The bank manager and I
moved this Fund into an account with a fictitious name in other not to
raise an eyebrow as to safe guard the funds.

Now that We are about to retire from the bank, We are seeking for a
reliable investor or person(s) that is trustworthy that will invest
this Fund to the mutual benefit of all.

This transaction is hundred percent risk free and if you are
interested, kindly contact us immediately on this
email:johnsongeo101@gmail.com as to enable us discuss formalities
before we proceed for Funds transfer for investment purposes.

Regards,
Rev. Jean Paul Buo.
