"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

On a report note from the Senate last week regarding the 2013 budget which has been due to face off in order to welcome the 2014 budget.
 
The senate committee on budget and house committee has mandated to face off the 2013 budget. At this time, you are required to complete your contract fund transfer with the Central Bank of Nigeria so that the bank will credit your fund without any delay.
 
I have contacted the Finance minister as she stated that the CBN is working very hard to complete all outstanding contract/inheritance payment fund transfer to all beneficiaries before the end of this last
quarter payment of the year, you have to comply with the CBN Directives now and ensure that your fund is credit to your account before the end of this month as the order has been announce to all
Banks to complete all international transfer.
 
You are to forward the following information to the CBN Governor immediately for urgent processing of your fund transfer.
