RE : ABANDONED CONSIGNMENT BOX
I am Mr. Donald Cicale Director Inspection Unit / United Nations Inspection Agency in here in Jacksonville International Airport Florida, During my recent routine check at the Airport Storage/vault on withheld packages, I discovered an abandoned shipment from an international Diplomat agent. when scanned revealed its content to be an undisclosed sum of money in a sealed Metal Box weighing approximately 22kg.
The consignment was abandoned because the contents was not properly declared by the consignee as “MONEY” rather it was declared as personal effect/ family valuables to avoid interrogation and also the inability of the diplomat to pay for the Non Inspection Charges which was about $655 USD Before bringing in the consignment into US soil and we refused to return back the consignment to origin since i am already aware of its real contents.
On my assumption from the scan Images the box contains more than $8 Million USD and the consignment is still left in our Storage House here at the airport till date. The details of the consignment including your name, your email address and the official document from the United Nations office in Geneva are tagged on the Metal Trunk box in your favor. However to enable me confirm if you are the actual beneficiary/recipient of this consignment Box, I will advise you to provide your current Phone Number and Full Address to enable me cross check if it corresponds with the address on the official documents including the your nearest Airport.
Please your direct telephone number is required so that i can reach you for more information, I await to hear from you urgently if you are still alive because someone tried to claim your consignment box last week with a forged authorization claiming thus. This makes me believe someone from the department is planning to divert the money right here in the states so your urgent attention is needed to save your Inheritance.
Note that this consignment is supposed to have been redeposited to the United States Treasury Department as unclaimed funds due to the delays in concluding the clearance processes but i am trying to help you as a christian because the Tag shows the money will be used for charity purposes to help the motherless babies and widows as willed by the Donor before she died.
The unpaid sum of $655 USD is the Government income revenue charges which cannot be weaved or ignored and we do not have any legal authority to open the Box or deduct any money out from your consignment before delivery to you. The US Government is expecting you to pay the above charge as you receive this mail so I will advise you to send the required details to me for quick processing and response.
