IMMEDIATE PART-PAYMENT OF YOUR CONTRACT/INHERITANCE/AWARD WINING FUNDS.

This is to inform you that the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, United States of America has stepped into the payment of your outstanding funds. The instruction to pay you was given by the President himself, BARACK OBAMA; following the Intelligence Report on Foreign Payment He received, which revealed that the lower officers including some departments of Federal Reserve System and some Financial Institutions are engaging themselves in the practice of payment delay through unnecessary use of bureaucratic office processes, and in most cases impose unauthorized fees.

To curtail and put a stop to this un-official misconduct and deliberate delay of payment under one flimsy reasons or the other, the President in collaboration with African Head of States and United Nations therefore, mandated this Commission to raise a part-payment of US$5.5million in this Quarter Payment of 2014 Fiscal Year, and to ensure that such payments are receive by the Beneficiary within a short period of Five (5) working days, starting from the day of notice.

Prior to this directive, it became paramount that I inform you that based on the details contained in your payment file and records submitted to my office, clearly shows that banks and your local representatives handling your payment before mixed and messed up so many information in your payment file, due to their ulterior motive to divert your payment, of which they failed. So the order from the President based on all findings is that this office should make immediate and uninterrupted part-payment of US$5.5Million ONLY.

And on the strength of this Order, this commission summoned an urgent Board of Directors Meeting of vital Government bodies, during the meeting; lots of irregularities and misrepresentation of fact delaying your payment was discovered. At the end, we were able to regularized some of the details and have finally endorsed that your funds will be release/pay to you via an INTERNATIONAL CERTIFIED BANK DRAFT, which will be raise either in your name or your company’s name as you may deem appropriate. Once the draft is raised and signed-off by you, then you will be require to deposit/tender it to your bank for the confirmation and crediting of funds into your own account.

Note that other offices and all financial institutions earlier handling your payment have been advised to hands-off and have handed over files to this Commission to avoid duplication of efforts. Although such offices may hesitate to let you know of this new order due to their selfish interest. We advice you to stop further communication with unauthorized person(s) and impostors; this is to avoid hitch in finalizing your payment.

Finally, you are require to reply this notice with your information’s and confirming the name that your part-payment will be raise to enable us conclude your payment as program this quarter.
