"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello dear esteemed customer,

Having known the challenges of life, I belief you must have spent so much in the past and so do not have enough to finalize the release of your out standing payment with our bank since the bank cannot deduct any cost from your principal amout because of the insurance policy bond covering your payment.

Therefore, I have decided to use my position as the Chairman of United Bank for Africa Plc, to grant you a soft loan to finance either the transfer of your funds or to finalize the activation/validation of your u-direct account with our bank if only you will accept our conditions.

If willing to accept the soft loan, confirm the following information quickly:

1. Your names in full
2. Your residence address
3. Your contact telephone number
4. Your receiving bank account details
5. Account officer's name
6. Scanned copy of your Id card or International passport
7. How much soft loan do you want?

For further information about me, please go to: www.tonyelumelu.com OR you can log into
