"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Dear Friend and Partner

Dear Intending partner,

RE: Crude Oil Sales Partnership.

Good day. Have you being in good health, together with your family.and
your work/business. I wish you a happy new year and may all your
resolutions be realized this year and beyond.

With an open heart I found it worthy to relate to you this piece of
mail this day. I appreciate knowing you this day and pray that you
kindly maintain this piece with confidentiality and secrecy. However,
I sincerely regret any inconveniences my approach might offend you, as
I pray you will have a great understanding with me.

My name is Machura Wladyslaw K.Wlodzimierz. I am a Procurement officer
with the National Petroleum Agency, (ANP-STP) South Africa. I have
sought to use a relaxed atmosphere to correspond with you via this
email.

My dear friend, this letter is based on negotiating a partnership in a
crude oil sales project with the National Petroleum Agency, (ANP-STP)
in South Africa. This project will involve registering your own name
with the foreign contractor's Board Unit of the National Petroleum
Agency (ANP-STP);, and re-assign an already existing crude oil
lifting/sales license to your name, and thereby act as representatives
of the National Petroleum Agency in selling of crude oil to the end
buyers.

This lifting license which I propose that we re-assign to your name
(As my partner) was formerly allocated to one Mr. David Russell by the
ANP-STP in 2005 with 9 years validity. (This contract with him has
expired). The Lifting license is for the sale of 60 Million Barels
ofSao Tome Light Crude Oil [SLCO] for a total period of 5-10 years.
This allows the license owner to lift and sale a maximum of 1 Million
barels of SLCO per transaction/shipment.

A sale of 1 barel of SLCO attracts a US$2.00 commissions from the
National Petroleum Agency and another US$1.00 discount as commission
from the end buyers of the SLCO. For a sale of 1 barel of SLCO, the
license owner earns a total commission of U$3.00.

Let's say the prize of the SLCO is $112.00 per barel. A lifting
license holder will receive the product from the ANP-STP say at
$110.00 per barel and sell to the end buyers on the normal market
prize of $112.00 per barel thereby making a commission of $2.00 on
each barel of crude sold. Also being able to locate the final buyers
entitles you(r) company to a US$1.00 discount from the discount given
to the end buyer as "mandates".

A total sale of the 1 million barels of the crude oil per month at a
US$2.00 discount from local petroleum agency sums up to US$2 million
commission per month. And another US$1.00 discount from the end buyer
comes to US$1 million per month thereby making a total commission of
US$3 million monthly.

( My dear intending partner, this is our target if we come together
and handle this business, with sincerity and total commitment ).

My main obligation in this venture is to arange for the lifting and
sale of the crude oil that will be allocated to you (my partner) after
the successful re-assignment of Mr. David Russell's lifting license to
your name (my partner). I have numerous buyers for this crude oil and
also have the connections needed to sale the crude oil. I will also
use my connections in the National Petroleum Agency to make sure that
our commissions from the sale are always deposited into your bank
account immediately after the sale is completed to ensure a work well
done.

Importantly, both the cost to re-assign this lifting license to your
name (my partner) and the commissions from the sales shall be the
responsibility of us, and shall be shared equally between us as equity
partners. After friend, we shall make tremendous profit after all and
all through the duration of the contract.

I await your immediate response. AND Thank you.

Have a wonderful day

Machura W.K Wlodzimierz
