"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This is to bring to your notice that your financial matter with the federal government of Nigeria has received attention of the United States embassy in Nigeria and in line with meeting held on 30th March,2016 between me (Ambassador. James F. Entwistle), united nations human rights commission, office of the presidency on foreign financial matters, national economic council, finance minister and also governor of the central bank of Nigeria, your unpaid contract/inheritance/compensation entitlement valued to the sum of US$2.5M has been approved for cash payment and the cash payment will be made to you in form of a consignment.


The parties mentioned herein agreed that for proper conduct of the payment exercise, that the central bank governor should hand over the consignment to the delivery company under my supervision. I hereby confirm to you that the consignment containing your fund has been deposited with the delivery company as a diplomatic consignment and since the consignment is tagged diplomatic consignment and also will be registered as an ambassadorial package as the sender, the consignment will not be inspected until it is delivered to you.

Note that the consignment must undergo registration by the delivery company before it will be airlifted as a diplomatic consignment, therefore note that the cost to register the consignment is US$250 only and this fee is payable by you to the delivery company.

Upon receipt of your response,I shall made available to you vital document attached to payment of your fund and also details of the delivery company.
