Dear Partner,

I am Civil Servant with Procurement

Department of Trade and Agriculture
South Africa (SARS) for more than 20 years.

Protyilmax 500mg Liquid, which
is a dietary supplement used by

Veterinarians for West African Wild Life
Reserve.

Protyilmax 500mg Liquid is the major liquid

product our Ministry has
been importing since 2009 from China. Our

company was currently buying
this product from a supplier in China at the

rate of $31,000 per Gallon,
but recently I found out that this same

product is sold in USA at the
rate of $17,500 per Gallon, which is cheaper

than the Chinese company
price.

However, I do not want anyone in our

Ministry including our Director of
Procurement to be aware of this development

because of my interest to
make profit in the Supply, I request that

you act as the vendor of this
product of which our Ministry will be buying

from you directly as a
major distributor, because I don't want our

Ministry to know the
suppliers direct contact in the United

States.

If you are willing to co-operate with me by

giving me 40 percentage from
the profit margin you will make in this

business transaction, I will
provide you with the Ministry’s Procurement

direct contact details
for you to send in an offer letter telling

him that you are the major
dealer of the Protyilmax 500mg Liquid and

that you are willing to supply
the product at a cheaper price.

Perhaps, as soon as the Director indicates

his interest to buy from you,
you will let him know that the stock is

ready and you are willing to
supply them the product at the rate of US

$26,000 per Gallon, which
leaves us with $8,500 profit margin already

per gallon.

Once he accepts your terms, I will forward

you the contact details of
the approved vendor in USA who sells the

Protyilmax 500mg Liquid. The
local vendors selling prices in USA is US

$17,500 per Gallon, remember
you will sell to our Ministry at $26,000 per

Gallon and then all profits
made by you at the end of the transaction

will be shared between you and
me after deduction of expenses.

The Ministry of Agriculture is making

preparations to purchase about 200
Gallons or more and the Ministry will pay

you as soon as they are
satisfied with your capabilities as a vendor

to perform.
