I humbly crave your indulgence in sending you this e-mail, and if the content does not meet with your personal and business ethics, I wish to apologize in advance. I got your email id via my search on the internet and I am soliciting for your confidential cooperation for this urgent transaction. My name is Colonel Albert Mullai, an Army officer, who is presently serving with NATO-led International Security Assistance Force, stationed in Kabul, Afghanistan, for advisory, training, assistance, and resolute support mission to Afghanistan Forces and to extinct all terrorist groups here.

What am about to share with you is a top secret which you are not expected to tell anyone, for my own sake. I have limited time to be on the internet due to my present location. I am presently in a remote village which makes it difficult for me to have access to the Internet always; my troop found huge amount of money in containers worth Millions of US dollars. The money had been hidden behind a warehouse searched by my troop. It is believed that the stash cash in containers was left by fleeing Afghan drug cartel, though my commanding officer did not declare the funds to the Afghanistan government which we agreed to keep and share among ourselves, I was able to secure $6.5Million US dollars as my share which I have with me.

I found it pleasurable to offer you my partnership in this confidential transaction. I am looking for a trustworthy person I can entrust these funds to, till I am out of my station here in Kabul, Afghanistan. My wife would have taken responsibility of this package but I lost her to cancer about three years ago. I want to have a very peaceful retirement, maybe get married again. I would reward you with 35% of the funds for your assistance and confidentiality between us. I have packaged the funds in a box believing I would leave Kabul this month end before I was chosen by NATO to remain here till September, 2017 to take part in the NATO training & support mission of Afghan soldiers and intelligence units. I need you to help me receive the box that contains the funds and keep it in your custody pending when I will leave Afghanistan.

A United Nations shuttle flight departs from Afghanistan airport here once in a week to your country. So, if you are willing to help me secure the funds till I am out here, I will make the necessary arrangements to get the fund box delivered to you through a United Nations diplomat. You don't have anything to be scared of. I will make all the necessary arrangement on how the box will be delivered to you. All I want from you is your maximum cooperation, and assurance that my own share of the funds will be safe with you.

The diplomat will be leaving Kabul, Afghanistan very soon and he has diplomatic immunity, so the box will not be subject to rigorous screening. So, if you agree to help me receive the box, then I will finalize arrangement with the diplomat and get back to you. I will also give to him your contact information that you shall be providing me to enable him contact you immediately on his arrival.
