"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

The consignment is still left in our storage house here at Salt Lake City International Airport because the contents of the consignment was not properly declared.

However,to enable me confirm you're the actual recipient of this consignment, I will like you to reconfirm the below information

FULL NAME.....
COUNTRY......
CITY........
CURRENT HOME/ADDRESS......
TELEPHONE NUMBER
AGE/OCCUPATION.........

Got it?

Furthermore, I want you to be informed that I am contacting you about this abandoned shipment because I know you need it and I want us to transact this business and share the money 80 percent for you and 20 percent for me; since the consignment has not been returned to the United State Treasury Department. I wait to hear from you as soon as possible, that is if you're still alive and if you can keep this confidential I will appreciate it for security reasons.
