"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Good day and accept my warmest greetings. My name is Lamine CONTE , a trustee to the director of mines and minerals resources of Central African Republic before the crises that turn the country into disarray. We need someone who can be trusted in your region in the
representation and execution of investment plans.
 
A good quantity of  gold,diamonds and cash funds were moved out of central Africa during the crises and the entire operation entrusted under my care.
 
Along the line we succeeded in moving the minerals out of there into Kenya where the minerals were held up due to paper work.
 
The cash funds were moved to Accra Ghana. We are looking for trustworthy people of your caliber to assist us claim the funds out of Africa so we as well use part of the funds to offset the cost of releasing and onwards export of theminerals i.e the gold and diamonds.
